Teroson RB IX is a solvent-free, plastic, self-adhesive artificial rubber sealant (mastic). It makes excellent protection against corrosion and can be painted over with conventional oil-based and artificial resin paints. The product is extremely resistant to water and the effects of aging. Its adhesive properties mean that this sealant sticks to many clean and dry surfaces and is compatible with a wide range of materials. Teroson RB IX is used as a shapeless mastic in the automobile, wagon and caravan building industry as well as in metal processing, refrigeration devices and construction, e.g. for closing up opening, cable feedthroughs and plumbing installations.
