The AK-PC 783A is a complete control unit for regulating the performance of compressors and condensers in refrigeration systems with cascade function.
The AK-PC 783A controller is used to control the high pressure circuit, low pressure circuit and cascade circuit. The controller is also equipped with oil control or a simple heat recovery function. It also handles the coordination between the high and low pressure control. Controllers can also send signals for informing other controllers about operating status, e.g. forced closure of expansion valves, alarm signals and alarm messages. The primary function of the controller is to ensure that compressor and condensers are always operating under optimal pressure conditions for best energy efficiency. Both the intake pressure and the condensing pressure are controlled via voltage signals sent out by pressure transducers. The output is controlled based on suction pressure P0 at the two circuits. The cascade control is in accordance with two temperature sensors.
