The testo 770-3 current pincers are the ideal pincer amperemeter for demanding measurement tasks in narrow application environments. The movable leg of the pincers can be fully retracted into the device. This allows the device to grip closely spaced conductors with particular precision.
The current pincers can also be used for more specific applications such as start-up current, power and µA measurements. The optionally available temperature adapter for thermocouple sensors can be used to measure temperatures in addition to electrical parameters (suitable thermocouple sensor type K can be ordered separately).
The pincer ammeter automatically detects and selects AC/DC and other electrical parameters such as resistance, continuity, diode and capacity. This makes operation easier and safer than ever. Your measurement values are shown clearly and distinctly on the two-line display. The testo 770-3 also offers a power measurement function and can be connected to the testo Smart Probes App via Bluetooth. The app allows you to display the measurement process as a graphic on your smart phone/tablet and document it directly in the protocol.
