ZBD series Copeland Scroll™ digital compressors for fully variable power regulation in freezing and normal cooling applications. Based on the patented Copeland Compliance Scroll™ Principle, the digital power regulation features makes use of simple mechanics. Power regulation is achieved by the axially separating the scroll spirals for a short period of time. This simple mechanical solution allows for precise temperature regulation and efficient operation. The digital scroll technology is a simple regulating solution requiring no additional components so that it can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems. Digital scroll technology enables fully variable regulation from 10 to 100% without limiting the range of applications. System pressure and temperature is precisely regulated. These compressors offer optimal power for condenser units, multi-compressor refrigeration systems, processing units and agricultural equipment. These compressors are approved for refrigerants R448A/R449A and R404A/R507A.
