The double outlet IDE series is used in large, low cold storage rooms and areas for storing fresh and frozen products.
The high-performance heat exchangers found in all models in this series are made using special profile aluminium fins and are produced for use with copper pipes suitable for modern refrigerants.
Different variants depending on cell temperature:
IDE-4 for high and temperatures (= +2 °C) with fin spacing of 4.5 mm;
IDE-7 for medium temperatures (= -25 °C) with fin spacing of 7.0 mm, ED electrical defrosting recommended;
IDE-10 for low temperatures (= -35 °C) with fin spacing of 10 mm, ED electrical defrosting recommended.
The standard motor fans have the following properties:
Diameter 450 and 560 mm, three phase AC 400 V/3/50 Hz with double speed, external rotor and protective grille made from steel coated with epoxy paint;
Protection class IP 54;
Insulation class B
Inner temperature monitor;
Operating temperature -40 °C to +40 °C.
Versions with standard ED defrosting are equipped with stainless steel heating elements and vulcanised end terminators and intended for use with a 400 V/3/50-60 Hz connection.
The units are ready for connection to an earth terminal, motor and heating element connections are in separate junction boxes with an IP 54 protection rating.
Models with different heat exchangers, defrosting mechanisms and motor fans can be provided on request.
Use the “Scelte“ program from Modine to select models that function in conditions other than standard conditions stated in the catalogue.
