The double outlet MIC series is used in refrigerators, refrigerated display cabinets and small rectangular cooling cells.
The high-performance heat exchangers found in all models in this series are made using special profile aluminium fins and are produced for use with copper pipes suitable for modern refrigerants.
Fin spacing across all models of the series is differentiated at 4.5/9 mm (for = -25 °C cell temperature).
The standard motor fans have the following properties:
Diameter 230 mm, alternating current 230 V/1/50-60 Hz and polyamide fibre glass protective grille;
Protection class IP 42;
Insulation class B;
Inner temperature monitor;
Operating temperature -35 °C to +40 °C.
The optional high-performance EC motor fans have the following technical characteristics:
Protection class IP 54;
Insulation class F;
Integrated electrical protection;
Maximum operating temperature: +50 °C
Versions with standard ED defrosting are equipped with stainless steel heating elements and vulcanised end terminators and intended for use with a 230 V/1/50-60 Hz connection.
The electrical parts and the housing are connected to an earth terminal; motor and heating element connections are in separate junction boxes with an IP 54 protection rating.
Models with heat exchangers, defrosting systems and motor fans that differ from the standard version can be provided on request.
Use the “Scelte“ program from Modine to select models that function in conditions other than standard conditions stated in the catalogue.
