The GME series is used in low-ceilinged refrigeration cells for storing fresh and frozen products.
The high-performance heat exchangers that come as standard with the entire series are made of special profile aluminium fins and copper pipes with inner ribbing for use with modern refrigerants.
There are two versions depending on cell temperature:
GME H4 for high temperatures (≥ +2 °C) with fin spacing of 4 mm;
GME L7 for low temperatures (≥ -25 °C) with fin spacing of 7 mm and electrical defrosting (ED).
The standard motor fans have the following properties:
Diameter 250 mm, AC 230 V/1/50-60 Hz with shielded poles and protective grille made of polyamide-glass fibre;
Protection rating IP 44;
Insulation class B;
Inner temperature monitor;
Operating temperature: max. +40 °C.
Plug connection.
The optional high-performance EC motor fans have the following technical properties:
Protection rating IP 54;
Insulation class H;
Integrated, electronic protection mechanism;
Max. Operating temperature: 50 °C;
Standard cable.
Versions with standard electrical defrosting (ED) come with stainless steel heating elements and vulcanised end caps.
Use the “Scelte“ program from Modine to select models that function in conditions other than the standard conditions stated in the catalogue.
