ECO Luftkühler Decke, EVSB 291

The EVS series is used in refrigerators, refrigerated display cabinets and small refrigeration cells.

Two versions are available for different temperatures:

• EVS for high temps. (= -12 °C), different fin spacings 3.5/7 mm and electrical defrosting;
• EVS/B for low temps. (= -25 °C), with different fin spacings 4.5/9 mm and electrical defrosting.

The high-performance heat exchangers fitted to all models in the series
are made using special profile aluminium fins and are produced for use with copper pipes suitable for modern refrigerants.

The standard motor fans have the following properties:

• Diameter 200 mm, alternating current 230 V/1/50-60 Hz and polyamide fibre glass protective grille;
• Protection class IP 42;
• Insulation class B;
• Inner temperature monitor;
• Operating temperature -35 °C to +40 °C.

The optional high-performance EC motor fans have the following technical characteristics:

• Protection class IP 54;
• Insulation class F;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Maximum operating temperature: +50 °C

Versions with standard ED defrosting are equipped with stainless steel heating elements and vulcanised end terminators and intended for use with a 230 V/1/50-60 Hz connection.
The EVS/B models are fitted with an inner drip tray and junction box (IP 54) for wiring the motor fans and any heating elements.

Models with different heat exchangers, defrosting mechanisms and motor fans can be provided on request.
Use the “Scelte“ program from Modine to select models that function in conditions other than standard conditions stated in the catalogue.
